The homeowners wanted to repurpose a large, unused room into a private sanctuary that would serve as their master suite. We began by reimagining the space, dividing it into three distinct areas while maintaining an open, airy feel.
The bedroom was designed as a serene escape, featuring new hardwood flooring, neutral walls, and large sliding glass doors that lead to the backyard, flooding the space with natural light. A woven bed frame and soft linens add warmth, while recessed lighting creates a cozy ambiance for relaxation.
The master bathroom, accessible through a wood-paneled door, is a highlight of this West Hills addition. We installed a double vanity with white cabinetry, gold fixtures, and a large mirror with integrated lighting, creating a bright, elegant space.
A freestanding tub, set against a wood-paneled accent wall, offers a luxurious spot for unwinding, while a glass-enclosed shower with modern fixtures adds practicality. Hexagonal floor tiles and a small window enhance the contemporary design, ensuring the bathroom feels both spacious and inviting.
The custom walk-in closet was designed to maximize storage and organization. We installed white shelving units with ample hanging space, drawers, and shelves for clothes, shoes, and accessories. The hardwood flooring continues into the closet, creating a seamless transition, while recessed lighting ensures the space is well-lit and functional.
